From Cape Town: Take the N2 along the Garden route to East London, from East London travel to Mthatha. Take th Port St. Johns road to the coast. From Mthatha travel approximately 72 kms following the Kraal / Jeff's place signboards. You will pass Isimela Hospital, where you need to travel for 2kms, turning left. The signboards will direct you for the rest of the way (if lost ask one of the locals at the village when you arrive).

Distance: 1462kms – 16hrs

From Durban: Take the N2 South to the Wild Coast Casino. Then u continue travelling till R61, turning left towards Flagstaff, Lusikisiki and on to Port St. Johns. From Tombo Junction to Isilimela Hospital the road is Tarred and its only 3 Km Gravel road and is in good condition to the place
